Photography/Video: (IMPORTANT - requires reply to this email)
We are keen to take some action photos and video reels for our social media, and future promotion of this event, so could you please REPLY to this email and let me know if you are ok for your students to be photographed and videoed. If it is just any particular student that may not be photographed, please place an asterisk behind their name, and with your help we will identify that student and respect that.
Also if you are ok with photos but prefer to review the photos before public release, we can do that, by sharing the folder with you before publication. Please just let me know your preference.
Transport:
Those of you travelling by bus, you should have received a bus schedule from me. If you haven't please reach out.
Arrival at Akau Tangi:
I will set up seating areas for your schools between the courts, please dump the bags there, and then feel free to let the kids run around until 9.45am, which is when we have an important briefing for everyone, clarification of the rules, and expected player conduct.
Finishing up:
Get bags packs after your last game and come straight to Court 1.
A quick prizegiving will take place there at 2pm sharp.
Buses will be outside ready to depart by 2.15pm.
